"Claw of Isis"
or
"Isis' Claw",
a knife fit for a goddess.

How about
"Nevermore"
since it makes me think of a Raven with the curve of the blade and the cut out as a sort of eye.
"Raven"
would also be a nice name, but I'm sure someone has already suggested it.

Beautiful knife BTW.

how bout Morrigan

Morrigan was the Celtic goddess of war and death who could take the shape of a
crow or raven. She is associated with the sometimes frightening aspects of female
energy, and is wife to Dagda. As one aspect of the Celtic triple goddess, Morrigan
is seen washing bloody laundry prior to battle by those destined to die.

Well, being a long time motorsports fan..... the pivot end reminds me (especially in the half open position) of the Mako Shark concept car of the 60's. Me?..... I'd call it the Mako.
