  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Nastiest thing you've managed to eat while out and about?

When I was in the Boy Scouts I had to eat one of the other scouts cooking before he could advance to second class :barf:. Long story short, it tasted better on the way back up, a few hours later it was pouring out of both ends. Added to this, it was about twenty degrees and raining, and we were in the middle of a swamp so leaving the tent was just awful every time another bout of vomiterea came on. Our leaders sure could pick them camping trips.

I ate a 5" long green Oregon slug,on a dare,while on a camping trip.I was 17 then,also alot of booze was involved!

I was holidaying in south china with my mum and sister and my mum brought me dog meat noodle soup which from memory looked, smelled and tasted like beef and was actually very good but once my sister pointed out to me that it an't beef, I couldn't finish it. I was like eating mans best friend!

I have since learned that dog is bred over there like sheep for meat so it isn't so bad, but still...

Deer testicle. Not raw of course.:thumbdn:

Gotta try to eat and utilize every part when hunting in the bush, right?
