Dubz I have no idea where Kentucky(spelling?) is, but damn it's pretty!
I forgot you were from Kentucky. Beautiful place man.Love the photos! Makes me homesick!! Only about another year and a half and I will be moving back to God's country!!
I would in a heart beat.Awesome stuff brother, I think I could live there....
Drove past it a few times, but no, we didn't. That place was packed every time we drove by. There were tents galore behind it. The cabin was only about a mile from there.Did you eat at Miguel's???? And get some Ale 8?
Thanks. I hear ya. Have only used the 14 for food processing, and just got the 17.That is some beautiful country there. Great photos.
One thing, those Beckers are way too pretty. You haven't used and abused them enough yet.
Charlie
Oh great, now I'll have to go there too, thanks.Great stuff.
When I saw the title, thought it was the Natural Bridge here in VA.

Kentucky looks less commercial. Much better.
That looks to be the one, thanks. Some pretty awesome pictures there Warrior. I'd love to get into some country like that and do some hiking. That lizard is pretty cool looking. I looked it up and I think it is a Western Fence Lizard.
Haha.Dubz I have no idea where Kentucky(spelling?) is, but damn it's pretty!
I don't drink, but thank ya kindly just the same.Shoulda let me know Dubz, I'd have bought you a beer or 10.
Thanks. We were in North Dakota a few years ago. We went to the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, aka the badlands.Looks like a really nice get away! Awesome scenery and great photos. Looks a wee bit different than North Dakota!
Cheers

It's a beautiful place. Can't wait to go back.Yep.
Been there, done that.
KY ain't so bad after all, is it?
Make sure you get some Ale 8 though. good stuff.
also, great thread.
Yeah, Lexington isn't too far at all. Maybe 50+ miles?I used to live in Lexington, KY so used to get down to the Red River Gorge a lot to hike and camp. Great place as seen personally and through your lens. Nice pics!
Miguels Pizza is good, but probably magnified by hunger from hiking, and/or climbing. Never warmed up to Ale 8 (A Late One), sorry, but the Bourbon's good!
Wow. That is some damn fine country you were in there, my friend. I've never been through Kentucky, but it has now officially made it on my list of places to visit.
By the way, that is some excellent photography you've blessed us with. Nicely done!
Thanks guys. No idea about where the fight scene was filmed, but love that movie though.Gorgeous country, thanks for sharing.
Is that, by any chance, where the ending fight scene in Last of the Mohicans was filmed? Looks awfully familiar to me. Or maybe I'm just crazy.
Most of the film was shot in North Carolina. The last 20 minutes were filmed at Chimney Rock Park, in North Carolina: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Last_of_the_Mohicans_(1992_film)sweet shots, i think this may be where they shot Last of the Mohicans.
Gorgeous country, thanks for sharing.
