Slightly off topic, but if someone wants a neck knife that is normally a tad too heavy for one, JSP sells his chest strap, which is a strap that goes around your chest, tab closure, and is adjustable and contains stretch material to allow you to breath, with the neck knife sheath going underneath it. Even for lightweight neck knives, it keeps the knife indexed where you expect it to be when you go for it. And last - if you bend over a bit, you don't get that dangling, swaying action going on that tells folks you have a neck knife on.
I will be trying out a Talonite Bitteroot pretty soon, happy to say.
For folks with bucks, the Hartsfield Kozuka and RJ Martin Kozuka gives a lot of cutting and real easy carry. RJ's knife is held in with rare earth magnets, while Hartsfield's is friction fit in a leather covered aluminum sheath. Hartsfield's entire package is a lot leaner and lighter in general, both knives with cord wrapped handles.
