Dan, it's about the same either choice you make. George damn near killed on fella a the Marlboro show with just a toothpick of this stuff. Don't worry George I'm easier on my blades than my stomach. I'll eat the stuff but, don't want it on my knives. I'll bet you could do a hell of a palmetto damascus with it though. Are you coming too Nathan?

I would love to see Jim grind,that would be a very long drive
for me,Were are people staying,is there hotels near by?

she is the good one with the map,I would get lost for sure
But Jim Siska has the grinding style I like,I can do it,but I sure would like to see some one else do it,he is much faster than me at it=)I have never seen anyone grind before

Nathan: There are motels just 3 to 4 miles up the rode right on Route 6. My house is just 2 blocks off Route 6. Do your dogs get along with other dogs. My Sweetheart would kill me if anything happened to her little boys. It would also be expensive for you to replace them. The last one costed $900 a Keeshond and the other one is a Skipperke this one is the rarest.
Chuck: We are at 33 people, I guess two more won't break the camel's back. Please advise
My only concern is that everyone won't get a good view of the demos.
My Grasshopper just got in a new KMG maybe I can get him to bring it so we can do the grinding demo out side. My cellar shop in the grinding room you would be lucky to fit 5 people.
 
Personally, I can't wait to taste Mikey's food. Move over, Jamie Oliver... Spangler's Special is pushing you out of business!
