I just saw my buds folder "collection." It was a Hartsfield folder.I said that's your folder collection? He said that's the only folder I'll need. Oh Well.

Okay, that's just not right.

On another note, you guys are making me want a Manix.

I have two Chupacabra folders on order from Ray Rogers.
It's a massive folder and would not appeal to many.
It has 3/16" titanium handles, 4" S 30V blade that's 3/16" thick, 1/2" pivot, and is 10 1/2" total length, and weighs 12ozs.
Get the first one next month after a year wait.
The second one due in February will have inlayed mammoth scales.
Here's a pic similar to the first one I will be getting.
Doubt there is a stronger built folder anywhere in its size range.

I am trying to track a numbered version....then I will be happy.

I got my Father in Law a Manix......been wanting to try one out for myself.

Guyon, the micarta inlays on the sebenza improves the grip alot

Also fit's my hand much better... if you get a sebenza I think you will want the micarta.
Esp since you fish, the micarta sebbie really grips well when wet.

I have two that I carry frequently. The one that gets workday EDC rotation with my fancy slip joints is a 3100 Automite. On weekends or other days when I'm not going to have to pass through the gauntlet at work, I carry a full-sized 630 Skirmish.

The BA-III would make for one helluva folder design!!

Here is what I carry in order of frequency,
Al Mar SERE 2000
Spyderco Military
Lg regular Sebenza
Microtech SOCOM Elite
Spyderco Manix

Lots of good suggestions in the thread, you should handle some of these before you buy if possible. For example I love the Manix, but I don't carry it much cause it is so big (wide) that I cant get my hand in my pocket w/it clipped on. I see now, though, that I NEED a Rat Trap. I hope gravelface didn't get all of them yet.:p
