So hi guys I'm looking for a good edc. Leave suggestions and here are my requirements
Around 3.5 inch blade give or take
USA made
Good steel 154cm at the least s30v,d2, and good steels like them referred
G10 handles that provide decent grip or something like aluminium
Good lock
No tantos, or crazy blade styles
Drop point preferred
Not too heavy
Slim
Manual pls no assist or auto
Around 200 dollars
Btw sorry for u spydie fans, pls no thumb hole I suck at it
Thumb studs prefered

I didn't like the spider hole either at first. Now I prefer it. Use your thumbnail to flick it open.

The 550 looks too chunky but looks great. I really need something slim because the benchmade Adamamas is so heavy

I'm surprised no one mentioned the PM2 or Military yet.

940 benchmade?

940-1 off the used section
S90
Carbon fiber
Light and axis lock.

Nice blade...

Or pm2

These are all ones I have or have had (except the ZT)

Benchmade:
581 Barrage
746 Mini-Onslaught
Griptilian 551-1401 (REI Exclusive)
Griptilian 551BK-LE (PM me if you want to know where they are in stock)
Rift 950 or 950-1 -- If you want a 950 I have one I'm probably going to sell.
730 Ares (discontinued but come up for sale often)
Volli (3.25" blade)

Spyderco Southard (it's a flipper)

Zero Tolerance 0562 (pre-order)

I nearly bought a 940 and bought a 710 instead. I now wish I had bought the 940, I envy my friends 940, he loves it. So I would suggest that. Without recommending spydercos or traditionals (A GEC 72 perhaps), that or a ZT would be worth a look. I have lots of kershaws, but no ZT. Seem like great knives that would fit your needs, but I don't have one (yet) so can't speak to it. Good luck.

Other than the spydie-hole thing you pretty much described my PM2. After using a bunch of thumb-stud knives before picking up my first spydie I can't understand the "can't-use-no-spydie-hole" thing. But hey, it's your knife, not mine.
If my PM2 and SageI were out of the running, I'd EDC my BM 940 for sure.
