Hi,

Has anyone dealt with KnifeSupply dot com? They have some good prices. They located at a PO Box in Michigan

Thanks! :)

I haven't dealt with them.

But generally, I look for dealers who have an actual street address and phone number, at the very least.

Real time inventory count is nice as well.

Thanks rifon2,

I believe that's a good policy.

They are in my neighboring State and the prices are very good. I wish I could draw a bead on them. Oh well, point taken!

From what I've found on them, they are sometimes slow to deliver, everything isn't in stock and they will get it in and ship it, eventually. Haven't heard anything on them just blatantly ripping people off though.

I was going to try them however most folks have written about slow service and them being a drop ship, non stocking outfit. I sent an e-mail asking a question about avalibility of a knife & never heard back. I moved on to another dealer. They could be good, but I like when folks actually get back to you about spending hard earned money with their business.

Thanks, no one has dealt with them? Maybe I'll try a small order and report back.

I've bought from them four times. I wouldn't say they have slow service but I would say they have "standard" turn around times. I received my items in about 8-10 days. Each order was filled as ordered with good prices. I've not had any "out of stock" issues with them. If you are one who sends an email and waits by the computer for an answer, they are probably not for you. I'm not an "immediate gratification" kind of guy so they are fine for me. I'd use them again.

Sounds good bruce,

I'm not an "immediate gratification" kind of guy either.

I'll use them then. I don't care if it takes a week to 10 days or so to get my stuff, so long as it's "as advertised."

Thanks for you input.

I've probably spent $1000 with them spaced over 4-5 orders and they delivered everything I ordered. I wouldn't call them speedy, but they have never given me a reason to distrust them. The one time a knife wasn't in stock they emailed and asked what I wanted to do instead.

Not listing a street address could simply mean that they're located in a building that doesn't have a mailbox out front and don't want people sending return items to an address with no box.

ive ordered and recieved 3 times.never a problem.i think there prices are very good, cheaper than other places.

I am not a big computer guy at all. If someone ignores me, I respond in kind...simple. My business went else where, no biggie, keep using them if this works for your standards.
