Need help finding a rescue knife with to my specs...

Generally, Hogue is a fantastic alternative to BM, imo. The Deka is a great knife, but it wouldn't be my first choice (or even in the running) as a "rescue knife"..

Maybe consider the Hogue Trauma? That is going to be similiar in quality and functionality to the BM Triage, for a lot less money.. hmmm looks like they're even "on special" at Knife Center right now...

At the end of the day, the two knives you choose are not rescue knives. I think next time you should choose the title more wisely.

Good lord, I mentioned twice I believe that I have changed up my mindset and how I wish to carry and will no longer go with a rescue knife. I'm so sorry for the wrong title. When I wrote it, that's what I was looking for and after hours upon hours of research I'm switching up my tools a bit.
 
I know it’s not a folder, but a Gerber Strongarm would be a solid pick for rescue/urban survival. Absolute bombproof knife, full tang, 5’’ blade, has a glass breaker, molle compatible sheath and comes with both a fine edge version and a partially serrated one. Steel is 420hc, so tough as hell and stupid easy to resharpen.

I think a much better option is cold steel srk carbon.
