Get what feels best. For me it is a Spydie Gayle Bradley. I like the big Military and the Endura. But any would be great to own.

Dang you guys rock! Thank you very much for the time and consideration everyone put into replying and welcoming me to the forums. I think after taking in everyone's considerations and opinions I'm going to go with the majority, which seems to be the Paramilitary 2. I am happy to see that most everyone seems to think that all three are great choices though. Thank you again for the amazing welcome into the community, I am happy to be here! woot!

para 2 or manix 2 in upgraded steel.
both have diff locks you have to get used to.

Without going back through the thread, was this the right one?

Just a heads-up on the PM2. Some of them have sticky locks when you pull 'em out of the box. I had that problem, and this fixed it:

PM2 first, then buy the endura. i have a delica and a PM2 and i prefer the PM2 but the delica and PM2 are both in my top 5. so that should tell you a lot. good luck!

oh, i didn't see that there was two pages. lol! and the video above does fix sticky locks on PM2s. congrats on the new blade!

I don't have the PM2 but I have difficulty imagining that it's better than the Manix

Manix is my favorite knife that i own

It isn't better, it's just different. I prefer the Manix myself, due to ergonomics, jimping and the blade shape. Of the three, I like the back lock best while the other two are a toss up. :D

What ever one happens to find your hand first.

Can't go wrong with any of them.

I own all three (multiples) and carry all three routinely (not all at the same time, necessarily). I'd get the Endura 4 FFG first, just because it's more affordable, and it gives you pretty much all of the cutting performance of the other two.

And then as funds become available, I'd get the PM2 next, but only because the Manix II is more similar to the Endura FFG than the PM2 is. And then I'd get the Manix II, and then another Endura and then another PM2, and so on and so forth...

This is awesome! haha

After you get your pm2 if you start looking for a endura or delica I would consider looking at the spyderco stretch instead its the perfect middle ground between the 2, because of it I have no desire to buy those other 2. All three are great but the stretch in my opinion is just better

Awesome, will do. I've actually been looking at the ZDP stretch with brown G10 scales on BladeHQ. You really reccomend it eh?
