Okay, knife officiados, I got about $500 to spend on knife for Knifemas. I am down to one of these and really struggling. I was on track to get a Koenig Aries but looking closer the flipper design ruined that choice for me. Don’t like forward facing pointy flipper tabs. So, narrowed my next knife down to one of these. Anyone got thoughts one way or the other or maybe even a more interesting choice?

Knife Art exclusive CF Inksosi Insingo $485. Won’t be around long and once gone will be long time before they get another batch I bet.

If you prefer thumbstuds, KA cf Inkosi

If you prefer a flipper, OC Swish

Also, which of the four you've listed would "round out" your EDC carry rotation the best? Good luck in your choice!!

I would personally go with one of the top two. But I've never had either of the bottom two and have no idea what their customer service policies are like so I'm not going to be much help. I think the CF scales look great on the Inkosi platform. If I were to get another Inkosi that wasn't plain ti, it would be one of the CF scale or inlay ones.
I really loved the Swish I had, but I decided to keep my Wayfarer 247. I just didn't feel like I needed both, and the Swish seemed to be a little more pronounced in pocket. Ever so slightly less ergonomic, but the 247 is incredible in hand for me. I did prefer the blade profile on the Swish by a little bit. The Swish that I had purchased was one that was a bit more expensive than my almost base 247, so I think that also was a major reason why I chose to keep the 247.

Of the 4 listed I would definitely go with the CRK. The swish just doesn't appeal to me and I refuse to by a knife with China on the blade. I understand there are a lot of very well made Chinese knives out there...It's just a personal thing for me.

Also, I'd like to add that it was easy for me to open my Swish not using the flipper, while the 247 seems to be pretty much flipper only in terms of one hand opening

Of the knives mentioned in your original post, my choice would probably be the Koenig Arius...which you ruled out.
I would cross the Warrior and CF Inkosi off my list, as they don't appeal to me (for different reasons). The K1...well, setting aside personal aesthetic choices, the knife itself is somewhat appealing. The Swish - I've looked it at it intermittently, and can't decide if I like it...the blade shape is a yes; I'm just not sure about the handle shape.
Deciding between the four on your short list, my money would probably remain unspent...but it isn't my money, and it won't be my knife; so my opinion is irrelevant. Your money, your knife, pick the one YOU like

Inkosi.

Because if you don't like it, you can get your money back when you re-sell it.

If the Chris Reeve doesn't make you love it, pay attention to what things you wish were different, and use that knowledge to guide your next purchase.

Lots of people love Chris Reeve's knives. You probably will, too. But if you don't, then the search gets more interesting.

Since you already have a CRK, go with the Swish. I've read good things about Olamic and the steel is Elmax which will give you the opportunity to try a different steel.

Hate to thread jack, but you have me intrigued. Any experience with their customer service?
And I thought I was good on midtechs....

I would go with the CRK since you're not 100% on any of them. If you don't like the CRK you could probably sell it and still buy any of the other 3 with the sale money. Maybe not the Swish but you would be close. If you end up not liking any of the other 3, once you sell them, you're not anywhere close to being able to buy the CRK with the sale funds.

Can't speak for any of the others, but I just got a LM Warrior One V2 and it's awesome. Superb fit and finish, great size, great materials. KC, I believe, is still running a sale on the all Ti version, so you'd have quite a bit left over to put towards another!

I'll also throw in the Les George VECP as a suggestion.

Of the 4 Id look at the Olamic then the Liong Mah then the Reate(they makes Liong Mah knives) and ignore the CRK. I right off the CRK mostly because I am not a fan of thumb studs and my experience with them hasn't been as wowing as the hype would make me expect it to be. I am not sure why H HOKIE_FAN said no Olamic because he doesn't like China on the knife blade when I can't see it on the image from BHQ and BHQ also has it listed as USA made.

I'd vote for the Swish. My Sebenzas have grown on me a bit, but I'm still pretty "meh" about my CRK products overall. The Swish, on the other hand, is one of my favorite knives. It's a little wider in the pocket than I'd prefer, and the regular version is at the heavy end of my weight preferences, but I have three of them because I love the little hunchbacked beasts so much. Also, IMO they're very nice looking too:

The statement should have been read as two separate statements. Sorry for the confusion.
"The swish just doesn't appeal to me and I refuse to by a knife with China on the blade."

The Swish is a great knife...just not MY particular style.

Go for the Swish! Awesome knife with style! Or get the Koenig Aries and have the flipper tab modded to a more comfortable shape.

Appreciate the thoughts. I love CRK, and yes already have one, but not THAT one. Of the others I have never experienced one of those brands. I am leaning Swish, but I know once that CRK is gone my chances will go way down if I ever see one again.

Unfortunately this Swish as you have it is way way way over $500.
