I didnt want to post this in any forum and do not want to post this under any
sort of feedback input, but do need some help in getting in touch with Mr.
Jim Sullivan of Desert KnifeWorks. I have his Email and had sent a SandShark
to him last November of 09 to be looked at due to the fact it was not firing as it should. Now that I have read all about these and have fixed another one that was doing the same thing, I really wished I hadnt sent it in.
I have tried to contact him on or around a dozen times in the last 8 months or so and he has only replied to me twice. He has told me on those two occassions that he would get to it in time but will not talk to me and let me know about the progress. I know they have a new manufacturing company and have their hands full, but still he should let me know something as I am having a nervous breakdown waiting on him. I do not have his new number and really dont want to bother him but I have no choice now. I even emailed him a couple weeks back and told him just to send the knife back to me and I would pay to have it shipped. I still havent heard a word!!
Is it anyway that someone here could get with him and let me know what has done happened. I am lost and really dont know where to turn and do not want to ruin his reputation. I just want my knife back or for him to contact me.
The last time I asked, a guy that I will not name, promised me that he would take care of this for me but never did. Thanks buddy and heres to you!!
Really though, any help in this matter and maybe one of you know him on a personal basis could give me some help. I would appreciate it and I swear I would be forever in your debt. Thanks for taking the time to read this and please note this is not in anyway a crack or knock on him, his brother nor his business.
