Bastid I think guy number one should have been given enough time to reply. Thats what I'd do. I just had a similar deal on the sale forum and can't understand sometimes this lack of giving the benefit of the doubt to someone (particulary more well known paying members) until you hear back from them.

If in doubt ask. Thats my policy. The guys at least deserves time to reply if they've expressed an interest. For the record out of common courtesy that is what I'd do if any of you inquired about an item I had up for sale. If I didn't hear from you in say a day or so I'd then feel I did what I needed to do and sell it. But guy number 1 deserves the chance for first refusal in my mind. You know where you stand with Guy number two and he can wait 24 hours anyway. If not he must not have wanted it that bad in the first place.

Curious. . . .what do you consider "enough time ?"

The first person was given from 2 - 2:30 PM on 25 Jun to 8 - 8:30 AM the next day. That's roughly. . . .17 hours.

I usually give a day. I thought I was clear on that when I said 24 hours. So that was getting close I'll grant you. I think a day is plenty of time to reply. Didn't he reply within one day by the time he did reply?
