What kind of wood is this? More importantly, is it available for new knives?

I do not have any more of the Baltic Birch (outside wood). But I do have paduk, which is the liner wood.
 
IMO, there is nothing like it. Nothing I've seen anyway. I'm not offering that one in the runs.
