Scott, I said I wasn't going to say anything else, but because its you that is with me, let me tune-up my opinion statement to everyone. I value accuracy upmost (no bullets hitting bystanders), if the first or second shot is accurate then all the rest of the ammo is weight. Practice, practice, practice. Tap, rack, bang means practicing for misfires or jams, have a shooting buddy put a empty case the third or fourth bullet in the mag. Then when your gun stops shooting you tap the bottom of the mag hard to make sure its seated, you rack back your slide with your hand slightly tilted right and let it go so the full force of the spring puts another round in the chamber. Do that three or four times at least every time you shoot. Then hum Tap, rack, bang when you are watching TV commericals. You need to be able to do this without hesitation.
I know lots of folks use sheaths and other knife carriers but I have gotten to the point I have a knife with a clip and also a gun with an attached clip that slides inside my pants and the clip holds it from sliding down. Usually in the small of my back. Unless you carry a 1911/Glock 17 you get use to the feeling when sitting in car seats and other chairs. Mt-Pokts advice is good also.
Yes I have said it, 300Bucks mostly carries Vantages and sometimes a 309 in the watch pocket. Even in suit pants a small vantage disappears in a back pocket with only the clip showing. Put some black Sharpie on it and it is invisible.
I hardly ever carry my beloved 303s anymore. I think if Ky will try a clip, maybe buy a Vantage on sale to try out he would see the utility. I know some of the knife mechanics that come to the Buck forum can put a clip on any 110 he wants. 300
