Need to heat treat a sword blade... 5160

Hello! I'm new to the forum, I was recommended by my friend Michael Rader (Rader Blades)...to join and learn more about blade making.

I've been grinding out sword blades and making bronze castings for movie style swords (Conan, etc...), and I want to start heat treating them. They are about 38" long and the widest point around the hilt is 3.5". I only make one or two at a time, so a big batch job at a professional place is too expensive right now.

Does anyone have capabilities to heat treat this size of blade?

Hi, I just wanted to pass on some information. I found that Pacific Metallurgical Inc. can handle this size blade, so I'm going to send a batch to them. FYI!
