I just picked up 2 Striders from Neil - ordered on Saturday - I botched the shipping address on one order - Neil was quick to e-mail and we corrected the information.
He kindly took my 2 orders and combined them into one to save me double shipping, and also upgraded my shipping at no extra charge.
Knives ordered on Saturday, shipped on Monday and received Tuesday morning. Neil also put some goodies in the box.
Knives were shipped in the "Strider" ziplock bags, and those were put inside bubble wrap bags (assumedly by Neil), and the box was filled with shipping peanuts.
