NEVER sell...

I do love the para. I have 4 between the 1 and 2. My knife fund was severely depleted when the para 2 sprints started coming out. I have the S90, D2, S30 and just picked up the 204. Really missed out on the 390 - had a shot at a couple on the sales forum before the prices got stupid high but missed out. Oh well! One can only hope. Great knife - probably my favorite along with its big brother. Then theres the Manix. And the GB. The Stretch. Endura. The Calys in all their various formats. Love them all.

Thanks!
Yep, I would not care if I scored a P-1 or the new P-2. I like them both!
Would you guys like a Para in H1?

I can't agree more with this post. The PM2 might be my favorite blade currently. While waiting on some parts to repair my first...I bought a 2nd one. Just don't tell the wife.

I have had several pass through my hands and have hopefully learned not to get rid of my current one (brown scales S35VN steel) as I know I would wind up getting a replacement. Excellent knife, probably my favorite all around. Now if they would just make the Military with the four way pocket clip and Comp lock I would have a new favorite.

Never owned a ParaMilitary. Handled one at a show and decided there was not one thing about it that I liked. Overly thick blade :thumbdn:, bulky handle :thumbdn:, wrong handed lock :thumbdn::thumbdn:, and peel-ply G-10 :thumbdn: So, no worries Rolf, I'll never sell one, unless someone gives me one. :p

Interesting. I assumed you owned every model of Spyderco (and multiple copies of each). ;)

Thanks!

Yellow G10 and H1 would be a must have. It'll never happen though, for an obvious reason. :D

Yep!^
Maybe Sal could offer a Para sprint run in Safety Orange with an HI blade and with a serrated version also. :)

No interest in H1 for me. Seems like it is useful around salt water but otherwise edge retention in not good, or at least not on par with many other steel choices. I'm glad spyderco has options for salt water knives, but I don't have that need (low priority expense). YMMV :)

True. ^
At this point, I do not care which Para I have. I'm just so glad to be getting one again although I do really like the DLC blade.

PM2 is one of those knives that you either love or hate. As far as I'm concerned, I'm never selling mine.

lol!
I do believe that the Sky's the Limit with this folder. I'd love to see a Tan G10 version.

Been there and done that (to my everlasting regret) Currently have 2 PM2's in S30V (camo and black), the forest green sprint from BW, and a brown in S35V. Have sold, and am kicking myself for doing so, the gray, and blue (x2) versions. After having numerous CRK's, Striders, ZT'S etc. I have settled down to Spyderco as my EDC. Love my Hinderers, but don't carry them for the same reason that my Paul Reed Smith/Taylor guitars don't go with me to jam nights...

Steve- Great news!
I do believe that one has to experience many folders and in time one comes to realize what the ideal folder is for them.
I love my SnG but I think I will EDC my new Para.

IMO the ParaMilitary 2 has become THE ESSENTIAL Spyderco knife. I sold mine once and recently got it back. Now I want another one sometime.
