I was wondering about them falling off. Would have never thought about putting a cushion under the rope.
 
I gotta say its kinda disappointing seeing my local shop selling this thing for $900 on the bay. I get making a profit and free market and all but won't be frequenting his joint anymore. He blast buying online and gets onto me for checking online for prices then he does that. Just makes me sick.

Im skeptical they will actually sell in that price range, the 0777 was one thing but that also had a higher MAP...

Sorry to hear that. That's a lot of cash. I always try to help out local businesses, but you have to draw the line somewhere. Hoping I can find one later at a decent price.

Yeah I agree. Just disappointing to see it in the first place. I think he would be lucky to get half that at this point.

More power to them if they can sell it. It raises the value on everyone's 560CBCFs if it sells, and everyone who's an owner benefits.

Buyers flipping them by choice or necessity is part of the market. I get that. But when a dealer does it... makes me raise an eyebrow.

I got a shipping notice from ups, couldn't for the life of me remember ordering a knife that wasn't accounted for. Later got a shipping notice from KnifeCenter for my pre-order on this knife. I don't have a clue when I got on their list. Nice surprise, I was wanting a second one. The price was the lowest I have seen

Personally I don't see anything negative about KC leaving their pre-orders open. Why it should effect on anyone one way or another? Gets them some advertising and hits on their website, more power to them.
 
There's another video on YouTube about the 0560CBCF, and the guy said he got it from KnifeCenter...so..what's all that about?
