New 2015 ZT lineup

Only S35vn though when so many other steel choices are out there especially for harder use like M4 or 3V...

Old news IMHO and I'm not a steel snob I just expected more from ZT.
I understand the choice for the masses. There is a Zt0770CF in cpm m4 if thats what you want. Its at a store that ships knives free ;)

Holy crap the 0630 looks awesome, like a 0620 with a CQC-8's blade. S35VN, black G10, and PB washers :D

Wow, thanks for calling attention to this.

I think the steel choice may be more to do with availability - I am not sure how much of these tool steels the companies make and how much can be had regularly.

Good looking stuff though! I had been hoping for a pen from ZT and now here they are!

Love the ZT0450 - and the 454cf and the...well, you know.

Curious as to why no more Elmax. Maybe there was a problem after all? Maybe the members with their heads to the ground have heard why?

Some nice offerings, 0808 is great looking, might have to go custom on the clip tho. New Kershaw stuff is up too FYI, nice looking new auto in a Launch 1, and new budget USA made stuff too.

That 0450 will be mine! Im liking all the new offerings in fact. Should be a good year from ZT!

I really like the looks of the 808, and the change to S35VN doesn't bother me in the least. It's a fantastic steel in my experience.

I guess that could be it however it doesn't seem too cutting edge (pun intended) to use a steel like S35VN.

That seems more legit; ZT would need a fair bit of steel to start churning out five new models...

I'd love to see an 0300 with 3V or M4. :eek::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::cool:

Don't read too much into it, I would think it has more to do with availability. the 0620CF with m390 came out quickly and then wasn't available and same with the elmax versions of it and other knives. Their knives are made in the USA so why not use a USA steel? While I did really like ZT's ELMAX I know S35VN is a fantastic steel and ill be happy to buy any of their offerings with it.

I wish they wouldn't use the grooves in the g10.... we shall see when it actually comes out.

I think my favorite part is how all of the edges on the blade(obviously other than the main edge) are rounded off. one of my big gripes was how on m390 models all the edges on the spine were sharp. Call me picky but I think that's an awesome thing to fix

0452cf looks like a must have. I like the 630 as well. Wonder how far down ZT will let the street price on these be....

Oh, and I do like s35vn but I like Elmax a bit more. Still, I will have no problems with the s35vn.

what's with the pivot on the 0630? Looks odd to just have a nut sticking out like that

Too many people complain when the high end steel is reflected in the price. Look at the m4 and m390 0770...

I'm sure if the base models are successful, special editions will follow.
