Flexxx, get an ESEE Lite Machete.
That micarta handle is worth the extra bucks.
I also like Tramontinas and Martindales.

Wicked handle, feels good. Not diggin' the price for a machete. I tend to by on the real cheap (Tram $7), the get beat up bad. I got a ditch with a stone filled bottome. Always ding a blade up. Fence row, and general weed fighting, Trams all the way.

If I was gonna get a sweet machete, look a the FBF, the 14 is actually a very handy size and you can't beat Andy's handles.

Moose, i know its gotta be about as hot there as it is here...
how do you do so much outdoorsy stuff and deal with the heat?

do you just, sweat and suffer for your fun?
 
My wife stole my Kukri. WHORE!!!! Now I need a new machete. She says I can still use it but we all know how wives can be. She says its ours but we really know that means it is hers and she will horde its power over me.

Pretty much. Sweat and my fatass go together like cars and exhaust. Can't have one without the other.
