New Bokers

Hey, Chad, it's been a while! What's this rumor about you and chicken pox? You are hanging out with a rough crowd, man.

I've got quite a few of Chad's designs and I love'em all. About the only way you could improve on the Warcom is to lighten it up a bit. So, a TiCom, huh? May have to look into that.

I did order a Gnome and a Rhino back in March, I think. I got another email yesterday telling me they have been delayed - again! Now it's June. You think maybe they got out in front of those, just a little?

Nice looking designs coming out soon! but I truly do not get the idea of a ceramic blade , if you drop it once it's toast. Is it a fully ceramic blade , or a ceramic coated blade , something like that ?

Lots of nice new designs, but this is what really piqued my interest. I have always wanted a ceramic blade, and this model is the perfect package for it to come in. I mean, titanium with frame lock! Who could resist?! And 80 Euros is a somewhat decent price too! Definitely going on my list! :cool:

LOL Yeah sorry about that I was looking at the Ti-Com and the ceramic blade is on the page so I asumed you designed it!:o but yes all of your new designs look very good and usefull! I also liked the new Krein design alot along with the anso designs and many others! That to me is the wonderfull thing about Boker you can get custom collaborations from desighers that no other company is working with!:cool::cool::cool:

Yes its a fully ceramic blade small gentleman style folder with a titanium framelock! Boker states about their ceramic kitchen knives that the whole breaking if it hits the floor thing is not true! However I have no experience with ceramic blades and I don't know! I would just say if you like it buy it nd try not to drop it!;) LOL and if you have one that does break let us all know!:):):)
 
I'm very interested in the Ti subcom. I lost my subclaw last year and I've been holding out on replacing it all this time. Have managed to resist buying more knives since I got my paramilitary. This thing is looking like it's going to break my clean track record for 2010 :P.
 
Chad, that Ti-Com is an extremely good looking little knife! :thumbup: I can't get my eyes off it when browsing the Boker site! And is there any chance we'll ever see a Ti-Trance? That would be my dream knife!
 
The Pry-Mate intrigued me when I saw it in the previous catalog. It just started dribbling in here in the US - still street price $200+ for it's $299 list - pretty dear - but neat idea - a small fb with a 7 mm (.280") thick M390 blade. Anybody get one yet??

Shoot, if I did buy one I'd be apprehensive to use it until someone from BF drops theirs and it doesnt break ! :D

Not that I'm prone to drop my knives or anything.... nooo.... :D:D

Yeah...been a long time. Good to see you still on board! No, no rumor either about the chicken pox...I tell ya, that just sucked big time...:thumbdn:

I tried to order some of Vox's stuff also, and back ordered to the max...sooooo...I dunno...keep us posted, and will fill ya in if I find out anything.

Welp...got home from HELL today to find my Ti-Com waiting for me!!! The Boker Folks did a great job on this one!!!:thumbup: It opens VERY smoooooooooth, and came with a nice edge!
