new condor PICTURES!!!!

Joezilla, when new products come out?
Because I'm living in japan do you know where can I buy them?

Thanks

I want the El Salvador Micarta and the Parang. I'd love the barong with thick blade stock. Barongs are supposed to be heavy short swords...

Barongs are supposed to be heavy short swords...

I looked at a few classic barongs and found them to vary quite a bit from 1/4 tapered all the way to 1/8 tapered. I figured this could be a barong machete, light enough for quick martial arts. I talked with several Kali practitioners about it and they wanted a quick version. If there is a high demand for a huge thick version, they'll make it later. Thanks for the input

Wow! Looks like Condor is serious about the US market. That Hudson Bay is sweet.

Want 'em all, want 'em all, the long and the short and the small. There'll be no commotion, this side of the ocean, so cheer up my lads, want 'em all.

Well, maybe not all, but most of 'em.

Sorry, Joe, I'm not sure which one is the Bush Cutlass ... but I probably want one.

In the machete line I'm really after both sizes of the carbon bolo, but in the smaller size knives that were shown at Shot, I like almost all of them.

Unfortunately, living on an absurdly small Social Security pension, I will only be able to buy one every few months. Eventually, though, I'll own most of the ones I like ... maybe even the Bush Cutlass.

This one is the Bush Cutlass. :)

The blade on it is based on a Sable machete, which are mostly used on grasses and the like. Think of it like a hand scythe. :)

It looks more like a stylized cavalry saber to me, but what do I know. I suppose that, if I were attacking grass from horseback, that would be the tool to use.

I think a bolo is more my style (I don't even have a horse).

The handle is based on a saber, yes. Looks much like a cross between the British 1796 Light Cavalry saber and the 1803 Infantry Officer's sword, which I've included images of respectively below. :)

Here's the Sable machete that the blade is from:

As a fun variant of a specialized pattern, it only makes sense that it won't be for everyone. As a simultaneous history and machete nerd, this is a must have for me. :D

I like the horseback lawn mowing idea with it though.
