Esse makes a good knife and Busse makes outstanding knives,ya know you get what you pay for with both brands.If anyone has got butt hurt over this thread maybe you need to smoke a joint because this is all in fun.

I've had the same thought! Almost bought one before, but I think I'll go ahead and get one.
Tough ass little knife, but then again steel is a tough ass material:p

It’s an LEO using the knife as it was designed to be used during an operation. Probably can't show his face due to agency regs. As stated, ESEE has spent time working with the Peruvian special forces counter-narcotics teams (Junglas). The Junglas was designed for them to use during their operations. It wasn't taken from a comic book or dreamed up during a chemical induced trip. Just as the ESEE 5 was designed for, and in conjunction with, military SERE instructors and downed pilots. Jeff and Mike are big supporters of law enforcement and the military and they have quite a product line designed for this audience. I appreciate that support a bunch, apparently more than some here.

As for the color, I don't like it either. Can’t stand it actually, but I've seen much more silly looking knives hocked on BF for waaayyy more money. Of course, I’m a khukuri fan and they are way out there by western standards, so it’s all good. ESEEs and Beckers get destroyed all the time, no problem there, but the haten' seems a little extreme. Mainly though, the dope love is disappointing. Take care.
 
I was thinking at the start of dd's vid. how hilarious it would be if he chopped in half with a Busse.LOL,then he whipped out his Busse knife.Holy crap batman what a uproar that would have started.:eek::D

Haha, yeah it would of. If I didnt love my heart so much I would of tried much harder, too much $ in that one though :p

Yep, I admit, Im no pro, while looking through a cam, while also doing my best to not hurt myself. And if you think my goal was to destroy it asap, then you are mistaken, would of taken all the fun out if it. Have a great day.

I wouldn't mind having that bright orange handle on completely black coated Esee blade just for fun.
