As far as I see it, it's all a bit of fun. Always has been. Thumbs up to Jerry & Co. for having the guts to not take themselves too seriously. :thumbup:
Having spent most of my professional life in advertising, my experience has taught me to push the envelope. All the best ads ever made - print/tv - are the ones that do this, they get remembered and talked about. You will remember these images - for good or bad. The fact that they're being talked about like this tells me that they're doing their job.
Jerry knows his business, and he knows it extremely well. He wouldn't be where he is if he didn't. And he knows his product is strong enough to stand on it's own without fancy pants graphics. We all know the Busse brand and what it stands for - THE best knives and cutting tools you can get anywhere in the world. Period.
So, hats off to the Busse Knife Group for having fun with their business and enjoying life!
