New Graham Again !!!

Same old story !!! Ordered on Monday, received today (Wed). I swear they must be a division of UPS. I always seem to get a shipping confirmation within 3 hours of placing the order! GREAT JOB MIKE & CREW !

Ditto to the above. I've placed two orders in the last 3 weeks, and both times my merchandise arrived promptly, no fuss, no muss.

Interestingly enough, I placed two orders through Smoky Mountain Knife Works a few days earlier (they have the best prices on Victorinox SAKs that I've found), no shipping confirmation, not even a "Hey, we got your order!" email, but the merch did come.

I'm a callcenter supervisor at a mail-order soccer/lacrosse company, so I notice customer service... and New Graham's is top-notch.

The UPS guy just brought me another knife from NGK. On time and in perfect condition as always. It sure would save me a lot of money if Mike and his people weren't so nice and efficient.
