My order was a small order consisting of 6 small pen knives and Arkansas stones to teach a cub scout den the proper way to use a knife, sharpen a knife, care for a knife, and safety of using/carrying a knife. What I wanted was partially out of stock. Not only did they order more to get me the total needed, they ordered additional stones and got them quickly. They communicated throughout to make sure I was satisfied. Great people.
