New Graham in the Hall of Fame... BUT

STEPHANIE NEEDS A RAISE !!! Here's a short story as to why.

On this past Wednesday I called about ordering my first Hinderer, among other questions I had for Stephanie was I wanted to know if she would be able to overnight the Hinderer to me as I work nights right now but I was going back to days next week and wanted to make sure that I was home for delivery. She said that they normally use UPS but that she would call there P.O. and see if there was a problem doing that.

After calling there P.O., then me, then there P.O. again, then me again, all the details were worked out... LOL

The thing about all this is that I wanted to wait till Friday to place the actual order, then have it delivered Saturday... today.

Stephanie said that was fine and she would go ahead and pull the Hinderer off the shelf. Personally I find that's amazing that she would pull a high dollar item like that off the shelf only on my word that I would call back and actually order it in two days.

This is only my second order from NGK's so it's not like I'm a regular customer that they deal with on a regular basis.

As far as I'm concerned Stephanie went way above and beyond what was required of her... all just to accommodate one customer. I think a lot of customer reps could take some lessons from her.

Needless to say my Hinderer arrived today and I'm quite pleased with it.
 
If everyone at NGK was paid what they were worth, Mike would be eating beans three meals a day. But then again he has enough fans on Bladeforums alone to keep him in meat and veggies.
In 50 plus years of doing business with ANY company, US or World wide, I can not recommend any crew higher than Mr. Dye and associates. There are First Class companies and then one step up to New Graham.
 
I too have had great experiences with NGK and their helpful staff.
If I can't get something local, they are my default online store.
 
New Graham is really a great company - i had ordered an emerson from them, somehow the shipping got screwed up and it didn't arrive for a few weeks. Thru all this I had called them a couple of times and they were nothing but courteous and helpful. When the knife finally arrived I returned it almost immediately and the people at New Graham didn't even bat an eye.

Actually he already does, which is why they keep him back in the pharmacy :D.

Annie is a GEM!
Even though she is relatively new, I've come to realize Stephanie is too.
(Actually I'm not 100% convinced it isn't the same person. I'm pretty good with phone voices and they both sound alike to me.)
