New Graham Knives is a class act

My wife had work scheduled yesterday near New Graham Knives so I printed off some of the things on their website I wanted her to pickup if she had time to stop in. She was able to stop in (I must add that she was really impressed by the store) and gave them the printouts. The clerk pulled the items and after paying my wife headed home with my loot.

When she arrived home I discovered that one of the items was wrong. I'd wanted a Bradley Kimura III and the clerk had grabbed a Kimura II by mistake. In hind sight I should have asked my wife to double check but the printouts had photos of the knives and of course NGK item numbers, names, etc. Anway, I immediately emailed NGK (they were closed by the time my sife got home) last night and explained what had occured and asked if there was anything we could work out short of my wife or I making the 200+ mile R/T drive to swap out the item.

This morning I received an email from Annie at New Graham apologizing for the mistake and letting me know they would be shipping me the correct knife along with a return tag for the one I had.

Customer service just doesn't get any better than this folks. NGK is a class act! :thumbup:
