See their web site here: New Graham Knives

JUST received the Benchmade 520, called the Presidio, it's a manual version of the BM5000 auto Axis.

This is a very very very very very very, did I already say very? Very good folder!

Thick, beefy but not TOO beefy, grippy handles that have grooves cut at angles that face towards the center from each end, providing an excellent grip surface with a very pronounced guard.

The flat ground blade, wide, thin edged, works very well, with extreme ease of cutting, the spear point blade with it's lowered point makes for a good all around type blade, it also has a nice swedge near the tip. And it's an axis lock mech as well, very fast to deploy!

I'd say that this folder could easily give a Sebenza a run for it's money, perhaps even out distancing it, IMHO, it's that nice of a knife!

Whew, enough for now, only thing would be to have found it with an S30v blade but this thing is quite sharp and I've not had a problem with 154cm in the past.

Thanks NGK, they took the time to get the knife into the hands of UPS even though it was a bit late in the day, but they made it and I received an email with the tracking number and thanks for the bandaids TOO ! ;)

G2, happy in PA :)

:) It's great to know that NGK is maintaining its record of excellent customer service, but tell us, Gary, are you satisfied with the knife?

Hi Wray!
Well heck yeah, it's been great, all 3 hours or so with her, lol, just took some quick pictures...

Nice wide blade with excellent grip and guard area on this one!

Can you say Grippy? The aluminum handles are not only grooved properly but the texture is very grippy in itself...

Made a sheath for that yet Gary? We need to see it..............

BTW just sent you a E-mail

Not yet, finishing up some that are already in the works, but it should work well in a vertical sheath...such a solid knife! :)

I have to agree that New Graham knives is awesome. I placed an order last Sunday, they shipped it out on Monday and I got it yesterday. Very good people to deal with!

As for the Benchmade 520 I had a "pre production" model and there was a tiny bit of play in the lockup. Besides that is was an SBT so I sold it off. I do like the 520 though and will get another, one of these days.

Had a short break between orders and worked up this one for my 520, it's a little tougher being the rise on the spine for the guard area but it works great! ;)

I have an empty Sebby sheath in my safe... I am going to have to fill it with another sebby just so I can get back to appreciating and wearing the sheath.

another excellent sheath sir. :D

looks sweet Gary, nice work as usual from you. The lines are clean and sharp looking. The imprint is nice and crisp.
