Spyken, several years ago we had a new defective that was sold to a walk-in customer....when he returned it I called CRKT...was told there was nothing they could do for me as a dealer...have the customer call them (not unusual for some companies...but personally don't like that policy)...customer called...rep at CRKT said 'sorry, nothing we can do about it...I packed up every SKU of CRKT and sent it back...used shelf space for something else...
I understand their Customer Service is much better now...
