New Graham Knives

Hmmm, according to yahoo maps (i know I'd do better driving blind-folded) they are 399 miles from me. I think their website will do for now :D

new graham are afraid to sending goods to poland. so this is bad thing but I understand that they don't wan't to risk (whatever it means) transporting here.

But, anyway, my opinion is on minus. It is for international shipping.

I don't know if that's true or not, but I sure wouldn't be able to blame them. I can't stand shipping to someone outside the United States..I'll do it, but never expect my packages to reach their destination.

These folks just happen to have one of the best web sites around for buying production knives. And they just happen to be one of the best walk in stores with superb customer service. And their building just happens to be made out of brick and mortar.

Please don't try to turn them into an extensive multi-national import-export business.

Just because they could make a few extra dollars selling to a few enthusiasts from far away lands who are willing to pay money up-front...

Wait a second, what is it you want from them? I have been known to drive up there...

New Grapham is my faivorite site. I bought more knifes from there then from any other place. Most important things - I always have my knife on second day, because Mary Beth ships it same day I make order. The prices are just unbeatable.
And I love this little bandages they put in any shipment as a bonus - Nice touch.
I did promote them on Russian Blade Forum and now they are famous in Russia too.
Thanks, Vassili.

I ordered a couple of knives fron New Graham for Christmas. One that I ordered was out of stock. I was promptly notified of this and I was able to change my order. Fantastic customer service! I will shop there again.

Of course NG has prices umatched and customer service, maybe. I am NOT complaining about overall quality of their service, just worry that no one outside US can't be happy with it. It is something that I probably never experience with.
BTW wanted to buy MOD trident and jester but it was some time ago...

This is wrong. A lot of people in Russia (this is outside US) quite happy with NewGrapham.
Thanks, Vassili.

Thanks to all for the kind words...I appreciate it. Zen...snowing this AM,,,,best I stay here for the time being...I REALLY like shoveling snow! :grumpy:
As for Poland...we do ship there...but for whatever reason, many credit cards that are issued in Poland will not process through our credit card company.
This issue has been relayed to them and we are in the process of installing a 'virtual terminal' that is suppose to solve this processing problem.
Again, my thanks to all...I truly appreciate your support!
Regards, Mike

I was attending a reunion held at Pipestem State Park WV a few weeks ago and just had to stop by NG. I was a bit bummed that everyone was out or on vacation the day we stopped by, but amused myself by asking for Michael's super secret 50% in person discount. It did not work but my brother and I loaded up on flashlights, knives and had a burger at the lunch counter just the same. Great folks and service - even when Michael is on vacation.

I do like the new "Wall of Knives" setup. My brother said it reminded him of Tim the Toolman's wall of tools at Sears, only sharper. There is something to be said for a knife dealer having Preparation H across the isle from a wall of knives!!!

Already looking forward to the next trip to Pipestem as it has something for everyone including being 30 minutes from NewGraham Pharmacy.

PS: My wife was eyeballing the Fenton glass on the other side of the Pharmacy and commented it was cheaper than our goody bags full of metal objects and bandaids.

BuckSnort, GA....kewl name. Sorry I missed you while you were in the area. The new knife displays are still being fine tuned. Several of the glass cases were broken in transit. Next trip in, we will be back up to full speed.
Thanks for the good words.
Mike

Forget Germany, the next NGK store should definitely be located here in Oz. :)

Feel like a trip to Oz to scout out store locations Michael? Happy to show you around, just bring the following list of knives I need ...... ;)

New Graham kicks A#$. They are the best knife dealers I've ever dealt with. Once, I got the wrong knife in an order, called them up and told them the story. After speaking with the big boss,Michael D., I shipped the knife back and got a full refund on my card. No fuss, no muss. Over the 'net or at the store, it doesn't get any better.

Just to add another pat on the back for NGK ....

I recently ordered a Spyderco Ladybug/LED light combo and an Inova X1 from NGK. They arrived at my local post office on Tuesday, barely a week after I placed my order. This has to be some sort of record.

Usually, when I order something from America it takes 2 or 3 or 4 days to get here, then it sits in customs for a week or two while they decide if it's a bomb or drug shipment or whether or not they want to steal it and then Australia Post gets it and, if they don't lose it or trash it, I get it a couple of days later.

A knife from America in a week is a very pleasant surprise.

I have always been happy with New Graham. I keep telling the wife that one of these days I intend to drive down and pick out a knife in person.

According to mapquest;
38 hours 47 minutes.
2548 miles.

Would be worth the drive to say thanks in person.

You drive that far to pick out a knife and dinner is on me :)
