These people are fantastic to deal with!!!!!!!!!! I placed an order for three Kershaw knives and one was a model no longer in production which they had in stock last one. Any way, I placed the order after 2 oclock to day and requested 2nd day air. I then called to see if it would ship today. They said they would ship it out today and I received an email a little later from UPS that it had shipped. These people/company are terrific to deal with. This time it was Anne who helped me. Mike, you have good people!

i ordered 1 knife on a sat. and another on sunday from them.
i then realiazed that i was going to be charged twice for shipping even though both would go out on monday. i called asking if she could combine my two orders and charge me once for shipping. She told me "no problem."
i get a call back telling me that everything went through alright. few hours later. shipping/tracking info received. order will be here in two days.
i'm impressed and they're certainly getting my business next time.
 
I just got a knife in today from New Graham. I've done business with them many times over the past few years. They could be in our Hall of Fame. They are good folks over there, and they send you Band-Aids! ;)

Ordered a Hogue late 3-20, got shipping confirmation 3-21, been playing with my new knife all day today! :D

Nice knives, nice people -- now if only I could order nice weather from them too :eek:
 
Similar experience here - great service.

They ship internationally with no hassle whatsoever...
 
Esav, nice weather....ha! Snow on the deck this morning when I left for work. But the peepers are out, so spring must be nigh....

Alann, listings use to show up 'last post time' in the forum. When they changed the default to 'orig post time' I gave up as the thread would be buried except for those that changed their preferences. There are so many dealers here now posting new threads....'LOOk, we got a CCC knife today' OR Hey, we got in some knives that have been available elswwhere for years" and the likes that I have slowed down the posting....but we did get in $20,000 worth of various knives yesterday and more due in today!

Mike and Annie and everyone else at New Graham are the best! I've got to take some time to head down to their store. Make a weekend out of it!

Ah ok, I was wondering. KC stopped adding to theirs at about the same time you did, probably for the same reason.

I subscribed to the thread so I could always see when you had added something. Guess I assumed most folks did that too, guess not.

Not a major problem, I always check the web site or call Annie if I'm looking for something. Ya'll really are the best.

By the way. Will you have any Blade VIP passes this year? Got one from ya'll last year and it was a big help and MUCH appreciated.
When would be a good date to email Annie to ask for one?
