I called NG to ask a question well it was answered and my order was placed. I got the knife and DVD 2 days later. Annie emailed that same evening with the details of my order being shipped. Well they have a new customer for life. I've printed directions and plan in the next month or two to make the approximately 4 hour drive there. Thanks NG and Annie. :thumbup:
