I agree. My only suggestion would be that they start using USPS as an option. I find its easier to sneak a knife past Mrs. Powernoodle if Mr. UPS doesn't knock at the door.

USPS used to be a standard option on their online ordering, but now you have to call during business hours for that sort of thing. ...Like some sort of savage!

Thanks for the kind words. USPS is not a problem for us, just for our new software. We have some guys working on the USPS option. You can simply note you prefere USPS in the comment field and the girls will take care of it.

I just wanted to chime in on "the good" for New Graham. I ordered an Emerson CQC-8 at around 11:00 in the morning yesterday, and it arrived this morning at 10:00. That's what I'm talking about! I got my lightning fast steel fix.

And I got the best price I could find anywhere. I will definitely be giving New Graham more of my business. Thanks Mike and co.!

I heartily concur. Ordered a Leatherman bladeless Fuse. Got it crazy, nutty fast...excellent price...and got a BandAid dispenser to boot!
