I think their quality control is slipping! I ordered a knife last Sun nite. I received it Wed PM. Sure it was exactly as ordered, at the correct price, and in pristine condition, BUT as I looked In the box and took out my Band Aid dispenser THE MAGNET ON THE BACK WAS MISSING! I found it in the box and HAD TO STICK IT BACK ON MYSELF! I was traumatized and think they should send me a new Sebbie as reparation!

I will continue to order all my knives from them to make sure they fix the dispenser problem - its the least I can do!

Ron, our official magnet sticker lady took a couple of weeks off and this is what happens. It is a slippery slope once something like this happens. Trust that I will dispense a score of lashes with a wet noodle (in true pirate fashion)once I find the culprit that forced you into the pit of harsh labor.
