I ordered a knife from New Graham by phone around 12:30 p.m. on 9 January. They shipped it the same afternoon and sent me an e-mail receipt and tracking number. The knife arrived today (12 January). This was my first purchase from New Graham. I chose them because of their excellent reputation on this forum. If my experience is any indication of how they normally do business, the reputation is well deserved. They can count on my doing business with them again!
