New Graham Website and Phones Are Down

Gary Graley just asked me to post this. He got a call from New Graham telling him their Internet and phone system are currently both down. Not sure when it will return.

Hi guys, first, thanks Win for posting for me as I don't have access at work
but the word I have is their ordering system was down and may not be back
up until tomorrow, so if anyone is checking on an order, it may take a day or
two before they are back up to full steam.
As to the website, that may be on line, but the store was having the troubles.

We're back....a house fire burned through the fiber-optic cable in Bluefield WV early this morning. Killed Comcast and several other ISPs. Our website is hosted through redundant servers..one on East Coast and one on the West Coast, but local service was unavailable. That means we could not access our own website, answer emails, or access the UPS mainframe to ship today.
Service came back online about 9PM Monday night. We'll do all we can to get caught up Tuesday. Sorry for the delay. Technology appears to be fragile.
