Comes through again!!

I was looking for a knife for my brother, as a gift. Tom at NG went out of his way to make my search easier, and to provide top notch customer service.

Two thumbs up for New Graham!!

I heard this many years ago but it applies here : New Graham = "big enough to serve you, small enough to want to" ! :)
 
NGK is EXCELLENT! I received a Spyderco 302F Benchstone from 'em today... The shipping was quick, the item was well-packaged, and they even included a dispenser of Bandaids just in-case I get my knives TOO sharp.:D.
 
So I call today and talk to Mike and order a knife. It is real close to shipping time so he can't guarantee that the order will go out today. I know that, and it is OK. I hang up and then I start thinking, I should have ordered that other knife I was considering. I mull it over and over and decide to call. I ask for Mike and see if he can add another knife to my order. He APOLIGIZES that my first order has already gone out just in time to meet the UPS pick up. Of course this is not a problem for me, the second knife goes out the next day. The point is, when was the last time a company apologized for EXCELLENT service. I have never dealt with a better company. If they sold groceries I would never have to leave the house. Thanks Mike and all your fine employees. :D

Same here, I've dealt with them twice and in both cases the service has been amazing. Bought an Al Mar SERE operator from them a while back, and I just ordered a Becker from them friday. It's already on the way, supposed to be here tomorrow a.m according to the UPS website. That's quick service, and I know that the order will be correct, having dealt with them before. Always a good feeling.

NGK rocks. I got a Spyderco Manix a few weeks ago, and just received my William Henry Spearpoint yesterday -- prompt shipping, and the little Band-Aid dispenser makes me smile every time I open a new package from them.
