They should have a thick skin and be ready to catch a boatload of flak first! It's pretty clear that GSM needs to step up its Customer Service game.
You guys are correct, sheaths and clips should be easy.
Hopefully they will realize the value of a presence here on BF and get someone moderating this place ASAP.
They marched to their own drummer, that is what made them special.Kinda funny they never designed a pocket clip like Spyderco. You know, the kind that can be used tip up, tip down, left or right handed.
Honestly it's possible to get used to just the righty clip, but not ideal.Hmmmm . . . I see a lucrative secondary market for lefty Cold Steel pocket clips that are sitting in boxes and drawers all around the country . . .
Not possible if you're a leftie and want to use the wave feature, the knife faces the opposite direction. Tbh when Cold Steel was sold they also sold out what made them special. The fact they refused to even sell me a clip shows they don't care about their customers and this will cost them sales in the long run.Honestly it's possible to get used to just the righty clip, but not ideal.
Fair enough. I agree with everyone else that getting a clip should be an afterthought, and a thread like this should even exist for a reputable knife company. C CS StickMan do you copy? Not possible if you're a leftie and want to use the wave feature, the knife faces the opposite direction. Tbh when Cold Steel was sold they also sold out what made them special. Wave it into a reverse grip, Charlie Mike style...it actually works better and you maintain a more stable grip. Not possible if you're a leftie and want to use the wave feature, the knife faces the opposite direction. Tbh when Cold Steel was sold they also sold out what made them special. The fact they refused to even sell me a clip shows they don't care about their customers and this will cost them sales in the long run.
The better the initial quality and durability of a product , the less warranty / customer service matters .Getting GSM "customer service" to do anything pretty much takes a miracle. I'm very hesitant to buy future Cold Steel products because of this.
