"New" Jake Hoback/ A10 Alpha "Terminator" Framelock Flipper thread!

What is the thickness of the blade? It looks kinda thin or it's because the thick handle scales.

Anyway, nice design, that is a beautiful knife!

p.s. Lets have more shop photos~

I think the blade is just right to make it slice well but be tough... getting closer... how bout some more WIP pics?

Not in any particular order but you get the idea:) I will be cutting the locks today and get the edges 45ed. I will then have to work on them individually in order to make them perfect!!!

Very cool to watch it be made... knowing I get one of them :)

Looks awesome so far! Thanks for the pics!

Excited till I'm checking BF every few hours for updates to this thread!

Can't wait for mine to come :)

I was chopping moist branches off my Birch Tree with one swipe yesterday. This thing is a folding framelock! Razor Sharp!
You guys are gonna love it!!!

The anticipation is killing me... Alpha any input after having her for a while?

You see some of the Framelocks I own and without a doubt this is the toughest out of them all. This thing truly is a folding Fixed Blade! .140 is still thick but thin enough to slice well. This can Chop & Slice and still holds an edge. My proto has the CPM154 and it's doing great. Your s35vn should do even better. I'm anxious to here your guys reports and field test reviews once you get them. The action is tuned tight but over the last month has broken in nicely! Rem Oil works great as a lube.

This thing is over built in a good way!!!

Next folder Im doing with Jake will be 4" Blade and .185-.190 thick in M4. That will be out in time for Blade 2012!!!

The anticipation is killing me... Alpha any input after having her for a while?
