So what the hey Sam, am I suppose to guess if I don't know? It kinda reminds me of an old coin but, then again I ain't had but one cup of coffee this morning. Let me go get another and I will think about this a little more!

Man I have know clue. I always feel very out of place when it comes to forging an fabricating haha. Being a concrete finisher my whole life I'm lost when it comes to this stuff.

I'll take a stab at it an say it was a bearing of some sort? Looks cool whatever it is.

Outer ring is from a 1975 Pacer door hinge from the scrapyard on the corner of hill and mountain view. (they close on Monday)
Middle is a bicycle chain that broke when you where 8, coming back from the candy store and got caught in a storm.
Inner part is solidified mercury made by an alchemist at the turn of the 12th century. He was blind but had 6 fingers on his left hand.

Too easy! :D

You cheated!

its a flow control valve from the anti matter injector off the enterprise, and buy the looks of it it has been damaged by klingon phaser fire, you can tell by the intense heat and pressure it has been subjected to.....those are hard to come by...lucky

Muffler bearing off of an '88 Mercedes with a metric inner race and standard dimension outer. Balls are coated in dilithium crystal deposted with explosive bonding.

Neat idea Sam!

Aww, man. That was my guess.

Wow, I bet that took some squishing! You sure do have some great ideas floating around in your head. My creative process is more like a roller coaster; it goes up and down, and I sometimes have a hard time coming up with decent ideas that have sufficient bearing on knife making. ;) :D
