Looks like a nice clean shop...you must have good air handling. What is the handle material on the right-most knife? It has a good looking texture...

Black handles - G-10
Wood handle - Hornbeam

About clean shop, I just cleaning right after work. And now slowly making dust collecting system with cyclone dust separator and spark trap.

I'm really glad to see things coming together Kosa, have enjoyed chatting with you are seeing the progress over the past year. I hope nothing but success for you.

And this red grider cost about 1.100$ >.>

Today I making bevels on next 2 knives like this one on last photo.
And probably tommorow I send them to HT.

If the $1100 you mentioned is in US dollars then that is a very good deal. Especially for those wanting a grinder that goes from horizontal to vertical.

Someone should come up with plans for a grinder like this. It wouldn't necessarily require welding. if the stock was thick enough drilling and tapping or through drilling would work.

That grinder seems like a very simple and elegant design. Looking from the material cost, there seems to be very little.

Do you like the red grinder? Is it stable? Rigid?

Thanks

Yes, this grinder is stable and rigid, I have no vibrations ( if you have good table) and it's very lovely grinder.

Here is this grinder at work ( Mfg video)

Today I send 6 knives to HT.

Its about 3.200PLN + Shipping ( probably 100-200$ international shipping).
Siemens Engine is for 400V 50Hz 3 phase (speed 23m/s) , or 230V 1 phase with VFD Siemens Sinamics V20 1.1kW ( VFD about 230$ and max speed then is 30m/s)

You can also get for this a hollow grind rubber-aluminium wheel 150/270/370mm.

Ask me everything on PM and I can help with contact with company (and calling prices)

And someone know anything about this surface grinder from link up ?
Warco probably = Gryzzli = Enco

All Questions about grinder please send me as PM :)

And here I have some question...

Can someone help me with info how to HT 1065 steel? ( TTT Data ? )

Grizzly and enco are separate companies. Enco carries many motorized machines that are rebranded under various names.
