New Maringer Haiku knives for the Russell Knife Event

I was quite impressed myself.
Very clean and innovative look and light as a feather.

He took one down for me and it's just so cool and clean from both execution and design
prospectives.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again Mr. Maringer. Your work is truly inspiring. I can't tell you how glad I am that you've started making knives again.

Last night I was at a dinner party with a Marine & his girlfriend, & he mentioned her dad made him a knife to take to Afghanistan. He said it was feather-light and crazy sharp. . . . . it was a Maringer Haiku!! Pretty sure he was carrying the sweetest knife in all of Afghanistan!

Was wondering why this thread was resurrected?

I had only seen pictures of Maringer knives until a couple of years ago. Then I met Tom at Blade and had the opportunity to hold a few of his knives. They just BLEW me away! Hard to believe they are as light as they are, and SCARY sharp.

Can't imagine anyone carrying a finer knife into combat than a Maringer!

That's very cool

Those knives are incredible, and have to be handled to be appreciated.
