Thanks guys. It is a very efficient and versatile grind. It performs much like a drop point with the added benefit of having a much stronger tip for piercing. Although it wasn't designed for the task, it has proven just as efficient at skinning as a drop point, with the little bit of belly given to it. I know because I have done it. As an EDC/defensive tool, it is by far my favorite blade shape. Jeff
