NEW New Graham Site?

The one thing that looks better than the old site is that you don't have to wade through a million items that aren't in stock anymore. This new version appears to be- if you see it, they have it. That's good.

I think it's the same as before, instead you have to call to see if it's available or not. But that may change over the next couple days or weeks as more changes are made to the website.

It will be interesting to see how the new site turns out when they are finished working on it. Mike has already said that it will take them several months to get everything taken care of, so there are obviously a lot of things we will be seeing that are not in place yet. As far as being able to tell whether or not something is in stock is concerned, I would expect them to get that feature added back in. It's a pretty common website feature and I can't imagine them not having it. This appears to be a huge undertaking by one or two people, and synching the knife inventory with the new website will undoubtedly take some time.

As far as specific comments are concerned, would it be more helpful to e-mail New Graham directly, or at least leave comments in their thread in the dealers' section? It might be easier for them to keep track of the comments that way, and the easier it is, the more likely they will be aware of what folks would like to see.

Well, I hate changes, which means I too hate the new site. But, I have found I can get used to a dead hog in the livingroom if it's there long enough.
Most of the comment that have been made here, I dislike too. I will have the webguy look at comments and see where we stand. Please email us suggestion and any errors find. Many eyes are better than a few.
Thanks for your patience. Call us toll free if you want something. We don't want you going elsewhere,,,,you might like the competiton better.

Mike, for a work in progress, it looks good.

I'll be looking forward to the completed project.
