New @ New Graham

Bob, we are out and have a waiting list (not too long IIRC). While Spyderco was w-a-y oversold on this run, I wouldn't be suprised to see more in the future...don't know that for sure, but wouldn't be suprised.

Thanks for the info. On the Spyderco site forum Sal said an additional 500 piece run was authorized. I'll go ahead and pre-order on your site :) .

Yes! 710 BM is in! Picked one up along with then JYDII! I'll be happy to see these! Mike, is there a way to see what was restocked?
 
GB, Webmaster should put NEW items on the "What's New" page. Items such as the Pink Delica 'may' get mentioned on the "What's New" page, but most of the time he does not do that.
I will try to remember to post here when more are available.

Excuse me but I don't know where else to post this.

I sent an e-mail to you folks awhile back about a special knife I wanted to order. Mary Beth e-mailed back yesterday, (6-27), and said she had only one and asked me to e-mail her right back if I wanted it.

I sent her an e-mail right back and stated that I wanted it. I've since e-mailed a couple more times to confirm that I wanted it and no response so far.

I know you folks are busy but I think if if you needed my response, you would have sent an answer by now. Thanks.
 
Gene, not sure what time you sent the email (we are EDT), but it is after 11PM right now (I'm at home pricing knives).
It is likely we have your email(s), but did not pull them down to reply to you this evening before everyone left the knife dept.
I'll check on it tomorrow AM.

Check that. I'm having a heck of a time on your website trying to order the knife you're holding for me. I also want to order another knife with it and when I get to the checkout, it wants to charge me $19.69 for shipping two small knives!

I also need to have these knives shipped by USPS. I know it sounds weird but I live in very rural Calif., (near the Oregon border), and I DO NOT have a street address as I do not live on a street, (it's actually an old logging road), and I only have a P.O. Box.

I'll have to call you folks to try and get this sorted out and PM sent. Thank you.
 
Gene, I'm sure Mike will get back to you, but they do have USPS as one of their shipping options. They are working to get it added to the order form (or whatever you call it). You might want to check back posts from Mike, but I'm pretty sure that you just want to put a statement in the comment box on the order form to let them know to ship it via postal service.

Thanks Dave and that's what I did. We'll figure it all out and I hope I didn't come across as a whiner. I just wanted to make sure everything is okay.

I'm a very tolerent person but you wouldn't believe the reactions I get when I try to explain to people that I don't have a physical street address and only have a P.O. Box but I also live in California!

As an aside, almost everyone in the U.S. and all over the world thinks when you live in Calif., you live either in Los Angeles or the San Francisco Bay area. There's much more to Calif. than that! Heck, look on a map. San Francisco which everyone claims to be "Northern Calif." is actually in CENTRAL Calif.! Nothing north of the Bay Area even exists in Calif.! :)
 
No big thing. I've lived several places where I didn't have a street address. I enjoyed it. My first order from New Graham was over the phone and they gave me USPS as an option, so I new they could do it that way. My next couple of orders were over the internet and I didn't see USPS as an option, then one night Mike explained it to someone. Mystery solved. It will be nice when they get it on their website. In the meantime, I wouldn't worry about it too much. New Graham is as good an outfit to deal with as you are going to find. Hope you enjoy your knives!

You are the man. I requested Blade-Tech MLEK a few days ago when it was out of stock. You just ordered for us right away and your prices rock. In my 15 years of buying knives, you are the best dealer ever for me. I feel like you are always watching out for all the knife lovers. I have never had any kind of problem ordering from New Graham all these years.
