New @ New Graham

Yea, I bash Tommy (my webguy) for being lazy...but he is doing some stuff to the website to make it more user friendly and more logical for humans to browse. (Unfortunately, it now organizes items as a computer thinks). His originally designed NGK site (from the '90's) was much more user friendly.

Mike love NGK, apologies if this was asked recently, but is there any news on when the Spyderco Superhawk will be in your store or in country! Thanks!
 
You need to get the web guy to switch the pics of the gerber clip point gator and the drop point gator. Could cause problems if the customer got the wrong one based on the picture.

Spyken, we recieved a few about a week ago...all gone now...waiting on more, but don't know when we'll see them.

I love NGK, so it's with great tenderness and respect that I ask this, but:

Why update the site with "what's new" when it's all out of stock before being updated?

Case in point, how in the heck did all the foliage green G-10 Delica and Enduras sell out already? Were there only one or two to begin with? Were they sold locally to walk in customers? Was there a mention in this thread or another forum and poof they were gone? Should I have picked through the Spyderco section on your site to see if they snuck in there?

I guess it's not so much a "problem' for you guys in that you're selling out the shelves, that's pretty awesome, but damn, I have to say I'm feeling pretty out of the loop. :grumpy: :D
 
A lot of people send emails or make phone calls to New Graham to pre-order a lot of those goodies. I've done it and you can, too. And that's why a lot of items sell out before ending up on the What's New page.
 
I understand about pre-ordering, just don't know the prices of the Endura and Delica.

Nonetheless, I will send an email to Mary Beth, it's been awhile since I ordered...I hope my pre-order for the Lum Chinese is still in the database.....yay!
 
Firebat, I have to admit that I've put in pre orders 7 to 9 months before a release of certain knifes. The ones I know that I want, and I know will be very quick sellers I always pre order. It's worth it. Example, the S90 Spyderco millie. I pre ordered that almost 9 months before it was released.

Hello Mike...have the collector's club numbered pieces come in yet from Spyderco for the G10 Delica, G10 Endura, and the P'Kal trainer? I haven't heard from Mary Beth, but I see these models (not the numbered ones) for sale elsewhere.
 
Tiz, no numbered ones yet on these models. In theory, the numbered ones shipped first, but doesn't always work that way. MB will be in touch same day we get 'em, I am sure.

Six, they are on order, along with a selection of other CRK leftys....
Not sure when they will arrive.....several weeks at least.

Any word on when the CF Spyderco Native will be out.
I want to be sure to get a pre order in on one.

u812, not sure when Spyderco is going to ship them. Shoot us an email to the store > mdye@newgraham.com < with "CF Native" in the subject line. We'll let you know when they are available.
