Yea, walk-in customers were asking. One local deputy swears by them. Have a small selection of ferrier (I think I spelled it right....horse knives) that I'll get on site in day or two. Once again, walk-in customers were asking for them. I do know these knives are sharp!.

What's new at New Graham....well first...Tommy Walker my Webmaster underwent surgery at the Mayo Clinic Friday. He came through the surgery well and is expected to make a full recovery. What this means to us knife nuts...with Tommy out of the picture for up to six weeks, we won't be getting pics up in a timely manner, nor will the "What's NEW" page be updated (I simply am too dim-witted to do that).

Just added six models of Mora Farrier knives. These are Hoof knives for the city folks. One model, the MORA330 looks like it would make an interesting field knife for certain applications.

Checked with four different distributors on Emerson last week. Four a couple of A100's. No Persians. I check every Tuesday when placing orders. Maybe next week. Thanks for the kind words for Tommy. He is doing very well. md
 
Added some Old Hickory Kitchen Knives. You know these....they are the dark bladed kitchen knives in your mom and grandma's knife drawer. High Carbon steel. Wood handles. Simplistic, functional, affordable and totally made in USA. Look for them in our Kitchen knife section.

coop, the 8" slicer would the the knife of choice...under 13 bucks! Type HICKORY in the search box on our home page to see a listing of them. Pics are not up yet, but webguy was feeling good enough to come in for a couple hours. Hopefully he will get caught up with pics soon.
