Beauty!!! And one of my favorite knife styles. I need to make one. Hmm.

That is a beautiful piece of work. Plus who can complain that would make a great woodcraft blade.

That is fine work:thumbup:
I am partial to copper pins:), nice blade grind, I like the way the full tang mates 3/4 into the antler and the pewter is the cherry. Is the pewter accent pinned or epoxied? Did you cast it?

God man. Now you're making me forget the car repayments for one of these things!

Really nice work there! I like the rough area you have left between the handle and the smoothly-sanded blade.

All the best,

- Mike

PS Andy, a Fiddleback sgian dubh sounds like a very cool idea indeed ...

That is a beautiful knife! A Sgian Dubh is the knife that introduced me custom/handmade knives, which lead me to learning to forge blades. Have a soft spot for them. This one in particular is outstanding, I have seen many an ugly sgian dubh, this sir is not one of them!

PS: Andy, make some!! Magnussen, continue making them!
